Product Features

• High hardness : After mixing with single or Base Polyol at the several application area of soft SLAB and soft Mold, it is Polymer polyol which improves the Foam hardness. Because it keeps the low viscosity at the high density of Solid, When manufacturing Slab Foam, flow capability is very good and it minimizes Pin Hole and the damage like Void and non-formation at the Mold area.
• Furniture, farm machine Seat : POLYOL furniture/farm machine seat is the basic mixture of high density low viscosity HR polymer polyol and high response high molecular quantity poly ether triol. With high flow capability and Open cell speciality, it shows high formality even at the condition of complex die and several manufacturing and the manufacturing like tractor and farm machine can be possible.
• Car Seat : Hot Cure Seat shows the high mold-ability speciality at the water blown system. And when it is applied to our company at the current Hot Mold production equipment with the simple adjustment of oven temperature and cooling capacity, the 20% improvement of product-ability can be possible. And also a lot of crack damage at the uneven high temperature mold(more than 40°C) and sinking damage by leaking fluid can be minimized and demolding capability can be kept even at the demolding temperature(lower than 90°C)
